This module aims to provide an insight into some of the challenges associated with self-management of diabetes and strategies that can be used to improve outcomes for people with diabetes. Healthcare professionals can engage in partnership working with people with diabetes to improve self-management of the condition and to identify when such individuals require additional support. Don't forget that you do not have to complete our two-hour learning modules all in one go. Tailor your learning to fit into your busy schedule by undertaking one or two sections at a time. You can stop and save your learning at any point and pick up where you left off when you return.
