The RCN Clinical Leadership Programme will develop your leadership skills using a bespoke coaching framework.

Who is this Programme for?

This programme has been developed for nursing staff Level 6 and 7 or equivalent, and is suited for both the NHS, independent sector and third sector organisations. This is ideal for organisations which would like to invest in a group of aspiring leaders.

Mode of delivery

Your organisation will send one or more representatives to an RCN residential, where they will train to become an approved RCN Clinical Leadership Programme facilitator.

Your representative(s) will be awarded a license to deliver the programme to up to 20 individuals per year (recommended delivery time is 10-12 months). An RCN Associate Consultant will support them to deliver this.
